Fjordtech Industries was founded in December 1994 by Mr. Andre Montpellier, a passionate and inspired engineer. Since then, the company has continued to evolve and accumulate successes.
Already in growth, Ms. Josee Boudreault and Mr. Pierre Lavoie joined their expertise to that of Fjordtech in 1991. In 2014 Mr. Dominic Drouin, an experienced engineer at Fjordtech became a partner. The company that started out in LaBaie is now involved in projects throughout Canada and the United States of America.

Fjordtech opened a permanent office in Sorel in 2010 and an engineering firm in Rouyn-Noranda in 2011. The same year, the foundation of Fjordtech Arctic permitted a partnership agreement with a Nunavut community.
